When should I make a reservation?
Booking should ideally be done 2–3 weeks before your desired date, or even earlier during the high season which lasts from May through September. For business gatherings or private festivities, securing a spot 4–6 weeks in advance ensures greater availability and time for personalized preparations.
What is the course of action if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should the weather conditions be unfavorable as decided by our captain, we will propose a new available date to reschedule your trip or provide a full reimbursement. Weather is monitored closely and we will inform you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. We also have excellent customized catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed onboard.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made over 72 hours before departure qualify for a full refund. Cancellations occurring within the 24–72 hour window receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure is not refundable except in the case of unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
